Write up a paragraph that summarizes the thesis of your article and the major evidence it uses. Remember to cite! Parenthetical citations (author, page) are fine. If you are only using part of the article, make it clear which pages you’re using. Avoid just summarizing what the author said in order; synthesize it all together, and include in this paragraph any bias, slant, or assumptions you see in the author. This step is worth 2 points.
